Bacon appreciation thread
What would the world be like without bacon?
It would be a sad, sad place I tell you. Bacon makes the world go round.

Imagine wrapping yourself in bacon, then going into an Oprah show on dieting.

Bacon, like nakedness, enhances all situations.
You look like I need a drink.

I had a chicken Ceasar salad for lunch today, with bacon of course.

Bacon omelettes.
I vote for an omelette appreciation thread. As a derivation of this one. The world would definitely not be the same without omelettes. Particularly bacon omelettes.
God bless those Mexican cooks at the chef station and their chile relleno with omelettes. And their bacon. They do it RIGHT.Days on snow 06-07: 3

Or 4H bacon. Fresh from the bacon can't compare to fresh from the farm (says the guy who just picked up a 1/4 hog yesterday). By the way, I celebrate the whole pig, not just bacon.

I am a fan of the classic veggie burger with bacon. It is fantastic and the first time the server hears that they get all freaked out. Throw some cheese on there as well.
Move along nothing to see here.

When I'm at my cottage, we always get bacon from a butcher in a small town a few minutes away. I could eat a couple pounds of it for breakfast.
Usually what I do on a summer weekend morning: get up, go waterskiing, eat bacon and then some beef jerky. I'm working on about my 8th heart attack right now.Yep, seen this before. Crazy liquor & cheeseburger party got out of control.

I have always said that if I were stranded on a deserted island and could only eat one thing, it would be bacon.
