Much better than rancid dirtbag skier stench.

I can't believe this has gone as far as it has without mention of bacon wrapped fudge brownies. Seriously, this is one of the hottest things for adventure racers right now...mega-calories & amazing taste (so I've been told multiple times, still waiting to try it).

    Check it out yourself

edit: Oh yeah, the article also supports drinking beer during strenuous exercise.

Had two hefty helpings of homemade mish-mash this morning--eggs, cheddar cheese, potatoes, onions, green pepper, bacon, all tossed together in a skillet.

Bacon. It does the body good. Kind of.

DTM here, still can't get AC logged out.

Made an amazing club sammy the other night w/ honey maple turkey and homemade lime chipotle mayo. Complimented it with a nice salad topped with a homemade bacon-drippings vinagrette. Fanfuckingtastic all around.

I had some pretty good bacon earlier this week for breakfast. It was the best bacon I've had since I've been out here.

at the risk of going OT, you can get mighty creative with popcorn by using various oils and spices.
Olive oil, with salt and pepper is yummy.
    Chili oil is good
curry powder in the oil is good also.

But bacon, I never did try that one. Got to be good.

They had bacon at the dining hall deli today and in honor of this thread I had a bacon sandwich. I think it was around 4 servings according to their calculations. Nice and crunchy, too.
