Angry Ski Chile 2025

So if TGR is on the blink, along with my 11 years of photo uploads and riveting commentary, do tell, where shalt I migrate for 2025? Suggestions are welcome.

Go to Facebook and search The Powder Group for any updates on where we might land this thing.

Stoked on Casey's annual thread. After being unusable for a couple weeks it seems to be working now. Who knows

    Ski Chile 2025

Photos from last year are gone. Migrate or go dark…. ?

  6. #6
If the energy is still there, migrate and rebuild—Ski Chile has too much potential to fade away. New year, fresh start, maybe even better photos and memories ahead. Going dark feels final, but a migration could spark new interest and keep the stoke alive for 2025.

    Upped the ante

Probably won’t snow much more than this in May, but it is a start, from north to south

    Ski Chile 2025

Quick survey: anyone listening? TGR alive?

Anyway, old habits die hard. A quick webcam walkabout:

    Brazilians, I believe

    Maule

    V Callaqui

    Corralco

Note the two chairs merging at the top.

And, the view from an artesan village in Santiago, el Altar peaking out

I’m looking at the thread. Thanks for all your posts over the years and now. Thinking about it. Depends on the next [emoji6[emoji640][emoji638]] weeks…

Still alive, still thinking about LL 2 summers ago. Definitely need to make it down to Mendoza again and hit Portillo next time as well.

The whole experience was a fever dream, no snow at LL base in July then storm of a decade and all of a sudden it was on

I'm a last minute kind of guy.
My sister works for Delta and I used Buddy Passes to chase storms to some of the best resorts, in prime conditions.
Delta is doing away with them and this might be my last hurrah.

Casey, you are an incredible resource and the TGR anchor of the South! Please keep going, I watch and daydream all summer- coming down for your late season is one of my favorite things to have penciled into my calendar. The forum has been unreliable for a bit and traffic has dropped off, but I’m really happy to see you are having success with images. Thanks for the stoke!
