Between the Bad Gateway (tm) and the rest of the bullshit, no kidding. The forum is not totally unusable. It is almost like it has been handed over to TRump and the GOP.

this sucks. i don't have any solutions this just sucks and i wish it'd gets fixed.
A "502 Bad Gateway" error in Nginx means the server, acting as a gateway or proxy, received an invalid response from the backend server it was trying to connect to, indicating a problem with the communication between servers. Here's a more detailed explanation: What it means: When you encounter a 502 Bad Gateway error, it signifies that the server you're trying to access (Nginx, in this case) is acting as a proxy, and it received an invalid or unexpected response from another server (the backend server) it was supposed to retrieve data from. Server-side issue: This error is a server-side problem and not an issue with your internet connection or client-side settings. Possible causes: Backend server issues: The backend server might be down, overloaded, or experiencing technical difficulties. Network problems: Network issues like firewalls blocking ports, DNS failures, or SSL/TLS handshake problems can also cause the error. Misconfiguration: There might be misconfigurations in Nginx or the backend server that prevent proper communication. Timeout: A timeout between Nginx and the backend server can also lead to a 502 error. How to troubleshoot: Check the backend server: Ensure the backend server is running and accessible. Review Nginx logs: Check the Nginx error logs for more specific information about the error. Verify Nginx configuration: Make sure the Nginx configuration is correct and that it can connect to the backend server. Check network connectivity: Ensure there are no network issues or firewalls blocking communication between Nginx and the backend server. Contact your hosting provider: If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Seems easy enough.
I emailed and got a very fast and informative response that shows they are working on it and still care:
"Summit, thanks for reaching out, and thanks for being a loyal forums user. We have been dealing with quite a few forums issues over the last year plus, and have been doing what we can to keep it going - but we know that the aging tech has caused for a serious decline in user experience.
We are dealing with a significant server issue this week and last and it will be another 5-7 days before that is fixed. That will help a bit, but we know it isn’t the full answer.
The good news is that we started a replatforming process a few weeks back that will dramatically improve the experience, but the bad news is that it will take us until August to have the new experience up and running.
I hope we can keep you in the mix until then, and please do spread the word. Reach back if you have any other questions or concerns.
And again, thanks for being with TGR so long and we hope the new platform stokes you out come this fall.

You all can send an email too. Recommend being polite, stating your concern, and the need for urgency.

Does he though? Does he want to do the things to fix the thing? Because he’s keeping all those thoughts to himself right now.

According to the model of the five stages of grief, or the Kübler-Ross model, those experiencing sudden grief following an abrupt realization (shock) go through five emotions: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance.

Ok that didn’t work at all lol. But it’s pretty responsive for basic txt at the moment so there’s that lol. And apostrophes!
The apostrophes, they're working?
Edit: Guess not.
Still can't get into the site more often then not.
