Golstone's back, Sam Hill out of retirement and he's completed the course. Gee's back. Ratboy was training but had a big wreck when his feet came off landing the road gap, don't know what his status is. Seven Women left on the roster. I think three of them have completed the course so far. Too bad Tahnee's out but can't blame her. Gonna be banger!

Edit: How could I forget Vermette!!! His Dad posted he qualified first today!? Unconfirmed but... DAMN!!!

Awesome.

Well deserved by Goldstone and what performance by Vermette. To be pulling time back to Goldstone after his error up top. FKN crazy.

Stoked to see those two duke it out against the big dogs this year!

What happened to Dunne???

Oh shit, practice crash. Thinks he's "ok", hopefully not too bad. Looked brutal.

Why can’t Asa “play up” with the elites this year? Seems pretty stupid to keep him with juniors when he’s clearly at another level.

Last year was Asa’s first year racing juniors. It has nothing to do with ability, the divisions are separated by age. Jackson is safe for one more year lol

The top couple juniors are always competitive with the elites. Asa's pace as a junior is similar to Jackson, Bruni, Brosnan, etc., all of whom were putting down times as juniors that were close to putting them on the podium in elite.

I wonder if Bruni was a loose operator as a jr ? Asa isn't afraid to push it into loose operator mode but that seeding run was more text book perfection, a la bruni, than loose unit.
Bruni and Amaury can still dominate....or can they? The WC could be all time this year

Hardline Tasmania Friday night

Late post, but that race was sick.
Jackson is gonna get a ton of well deserved hype from his run, but eighteen year old Assa coming in a quarter second behind him on a home made bike is the real story for me.
Hope those two can figure out how to stay healthy.

I'm kinda gutted to see Dunne go out like that.

I like that guy. Hope he's not too battered.

That hit was so brutal. Whatever injury he’s got, it’s lucky he wasn’t turned just a few degrees. Coulda been life changing.
