Any dental locksmiths or door experts out there?

NEVER MIND.. Found my answers and have ordered a new one. Disregard.

I'm looking for some help. Our front door is a multi-point dead bolt lock with a two paneled door. One side is a dummy but the other is active. The cylinder for the lock has a broken tab that kicks the dead bolts that is broken. I had a guy out who said it was an Emtek lockset and to contact the manufacturer and ask for a replacment cylinder. So I did. They claim it isn't one of theirs (even thought the original key is an Emtek...) and they couldn't help me. I then went to a local door hardware supply and they didn't recognize it. So I'm asking the collective if they are familiar with this particular cylinder and if they know where I could get one. Here's a picture:

It's a CES German made lockset. I found a Rockwell cylinder replacement that will work as a substitute. Basically I'm just learning as I go.

Dunno, but I once drunkenly dismembered a broken soviet made door lock with a MIUSA Leatherman that had locked me into a shitty ‘Stan maybe brothel.

Moved to the unoccupied bedroom across the hall and pushed the wardrobe in front of the door instead of locking it. Tried to get drunk on vodka that was <$1 a bottle but it was like rubbing alcohol. Set off the alarm system leaving by the back door in the AM, because the other doors were locked.
