I want to - even if just to support them staying open. It is a haul for me though. I can not see the logistics working out. Last Saturday at Belleayre

Skis on till the car, though that involved decent amount of stepping down mud/leaves. went back last week and it was half ski down and then sherb closed off. Now i think just wear sneakers, no skinning the trt.

Also I've got 4 day passes to Jay, anyone have cares? they cost 70$, but any bids are welcome.

FYI Steins is still yielding some decent vert and turns for those willing to hike up a bit to get to snow.

Not my photos - just sharing to make sure it doesn’t go to waste. Honestly way more skiing for way less effort than Mt Washington right now.

Ima say that Steins pic is from the weekend

Currently two small breaks yielding 3 segments with another break likely tomorrow.

The uppermost narrow spot is thin and the one with a day left.

Lower narrow is now a break Just below the bottom of the photo a wall to wall glide crack has opened fully across

Watched a few ski it this evening and a little side stepping, falling leaf got them through.

Tomorrow before the afternoon rain/thunderstorm will probably be the last good day to get it.

Or possibly Saturday morning before the inch of warm rain rolls in

Looked nice from the Ridgie power line crossing riding last night /photo/// /photo///

PS/ parking still free in the Clay Brook lot unlike Otto toll [winky]

Any conditions report for slackcountry on Washington? Hoping there might be something left for next weekend but not optimistic.

I would assume robrox would be hosting Slackfest with the annual slalom race up on the snowfield.
