Electrical Engineer Graduate Looking for a Job Near Snow

I graduated last year with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and I've been struggling to land a job. I was planning to commission into the Air Force, but I got disqualified for two years for some medication nonsense. I'm not particularly picky with what I'm looking to do at this point, and I'm just reaching out to see if anyone works at a firm and is hiring. I will have my EIT certification soon.

Also interested in Seasonal work for this winter! Ideally want to be located in SLC, CO, or Washington, or anywhere in the Western US that is near snow!

Will send resume via PM (don't want to publicly dox myself)

    Thank you!

no help but i've now worked at two engineering heavy companies in ogden and I can't find any EE jobs atm on job boards (plenty of other engineering jobs). I'll ask other EE's I work with if they have heard of anything

also look at hill air force related jobs.

    Northrup, ATK, BAE, etc.

Remember these companies are about not starting a war. It's a strategic deterrence

I have no qualms with designing the tools with which we will inevitably end the earth haha. My original plan was to do engineering for the Air Force but I got stuck on a medical thing.

Anything going on here? I might know of an opening in UT. Not sure if they filled it yet.
Sales related, but the EE background would make you instantly credible.
I don't think they would be too into the AF thing, but we do have several guys in the Reserves, so I know they are cool with what that entails.

Guy who just quit was based in Ogden, but there is another guy based in SLC that is older, and possibly retiring in the next few years.
If my life wasn't so tied to here, I might be interested.

Let me know and I will PM you the info, if it isn't filled yet.

Yea Engineering related sales works for me too! If I get a job, I'm not going into the AF so that's not an issue. Please send me a PM and somewhere to send my info to!

    Thank you very much!

PM me with your info. I will call the District guy and tell him to be on the lookout.

"He's from the internet" is always a fun way to recommend somebody.

    Here is the link.
    https://careers.hubbell.com/job/HCI-...00/1223558000/

I have worked for this company for 29 years. Hubbell invented the pull chain light socket and the plug and receptacle. We have been around for a bit, and aren't going anywhere any time soon.
I think there are 2 positions in UT available. EE degree will be a big help, assuming you can speak to humans.

Again, PM me some real info and I will give you props. I know the DM pretty well. Also PM me with any questions.
And YES, there should be opportunity to ski during workdays, IF you play it right and aren't dumb about it.
If I were in that territory, I would probably get in over 100 days easy. Might take a bit of time and talent to build to that though.
