FS in WY: Diamondback Release 5C 150/130 carbon mountain bike

Red Diamondback Release 5C (2018) size Large carbon mountain bike for sale. $1500 or best offer (no idea how to price this). Willing to deliver in the nearby area - around Wyoming, Jackson, Teton Valley ID, possibly Salt Lake City, UT. I'll add photos if anyone wants to see more.

This bike is a great climber, and it is very playful on the way back down. Bike is in great riding condition but has some scratches. It has been used but not abused, and mostly used for cross country riding.

    Read a review here: https://theloamwolf.com/2018/04/13/r...ck-release-5c/

Bike is set up tubeless, but otherwise is stock. It is in good shape although the frame has some scratches, mostly from transporting it with other bikes.

I used to have that exact bike, same size large. It's a fun bike - poppy and responsive. It was a little short in reach for me at 6'0", so I might suggest a buyer be a little shorter than me.

It's definitely a poppy and responsive bike. I'm 5'11" and this fits me pretty well.

It's really too bad DB didn't continue to invest in their mountain bikes, by 2018-2019 they were firmly atop the DTC budget quality bike game and had adopted some forward-thinking geometry and specs. Unfortunately they haven't updated anything since about 2019 and the market passed them by.

Still, for a decent entry-level bike with quality components, I'd say you're probably in the ballpark price-wise.
