Better grips compatible with Rockshox Twistloc?

I know ergo wing grips like Ergon GA3 may not be considered cool, but they help me with hand and wrist pain. Are there any grips like this available that are compatible with Rockshox Twistloc, where the left grip is a half grip like oldschool Grip Shift? I can't find any..

Another vote for Rev Grips. I switched from the Ergon wings to them because they were actually better for my hand numbness.

Interesting... I've grown really used the the feel of the Ergons sort of supporting my hand better than just a normal round grip, and "normal" grips feel like they just cause pressure on my hand, as well as eventually numbness etc. Have people found that sensation goes away with the Rev Grips?

I've been using the esi chunky silicone ones lately. So much more cushin for the pushin than lock on grips. All the plastic in the lock on grips takes away from cushioning. The esi ones just feel soft and grippy. Worth checking out?
    sigless.

    Yup.
Like I said in the linked thread, I went from ESI Silicones to Ergon wings trying to find anything that would help with the numbness.
Stumbled on the Rev Grips and they have really done the trick. Still some occasional tingling but overall, a huge improvement.

    Nice. Maybe that's the ticket...

Basinbeater - sounds like the silicone chunkiest are better and reducing vibration etc?
