Are you getting a basin pass again this year? It’d be good to make a few more laps with you.Originally Posted by alias_rice;[emoji[emoji6[emoji640
Nice. I hope you bring a lot of printed out memes to randomly hold up over your head during dinner. [emoji6]
Edit:just to clarify im in too ( michele's driveway and small children's health permitting.)
On the weekend Buster decided for me and the family. [emoji3]
I think it was the later one? Or was it just in the Signal group?
It's a war of the mind and we're armed to the teeth.
Just looked at airfares. Delta currently is offering $750 R/T from SLC to ZUR. If you are going, it may be time to pull the trigger.

I bought my ticket months ago for ~ $1225, rt from JH. So it's about an extra $250 per leg JH-SLC.
And that's fine as driving 12 miles to the local airport is mo betta than 5 hrs. to SLC on both ends.
And that's Comfort+. Sitting in row 79 for 8+ hours is not worth the savings while vacationing, imo...
And I'm stoked to see you mags I know who are coming as well as the new ones.
Just a heads up for the incoming skiers:
The 1/2 price pass is only on sale until December 22, 2024.
It costs about $78 USD. Daily tickets are $100 weekdays and $112 weekends.
If you're skiing more than 3 days, it's a good investment.

You'll need to upload the app, which works well imo, and it requires you to get your ticket dialed in via app each day for skiing. Can't just buy 10 days or whatevs. Or you can just buy at the liftside ticket window.
For those not interested, Vendul can also help yas out with tickets in house. I don't think 1/2 price but a deal's a deal. Inquire within...
I see now where you can save 2 francs just by getting your ticket the day before, online or onsite. 5 days of skiing , saving 2chf a day, hell that's 2 big Toblerones.
PSA: If you have a birthday between now and 22nd, sign up for the Disentis email list, and they send you a bday voucher.
"This is your very own personal birthday voucher code. To mark your special day today, we're giving you a CHF 10 voucher for our online shop. Simply redeem it in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase."

Yup, I just stumbled across that nugget and then the website was down for maint. over the weekend. I was panicky.
Yo linden, Alias and Chuckles are looking into coming 2nd week of Jan for the JR. IFSA comps. Let's hook them up, yes?
That's like vacation Algebras, well outside my bailiwick.
I was thinking this am that you and Singlecross are gonna hit it off.
So looking forward to kicking around with you and all of my friends. Excited to get back into Vendul's bear hug of Awesomeness.
Dang, gonna miss this meetup. I’ll be based in Chamonix with Tom Grant guiding March 1-6 if anyone wants to meet before/split the guide costs.
Nope. Mammoth does not compare in the slightest. Nothing in the US compares to Europe huDge, although its really huDDge if you ask me
Hmm, would like to join in the festival of fun. I'm going to the Dolomites to ski w/ my 81 yr old dad in Feb. Haven't been skiing in the Dolomites before and he wanted a partner in crime so who was I to say no. I gotta figure out a way to make some $$$ to afford two Euro trips.
He who has the most fun wins!
^^^Good to hear.
Comish, c'mon with us. It's a ton of fun and the deal is unbeatable really.
