Oh jesus, that just reminded me of this chick in college I completely forgot about. I had class with this really good looking girl. Not cute per se, just pretty. Walking by you’re going to look back for one more glance. At 19 with a 23 hour boner, I was not shy and looking for love. So after a project assignment where we ended up on the same team, she invited me over to start brainstorming for whatever project I can’t remember. I think it was called maybe, I want to play with your naked body and I’m coming over now. So I show up and it’s exactly what my Penthouse letters to the editor always wanted to be. She was a WV girl. They are a different breed. WVU has something else.

But yeah, she’s got this dog….

When you’re about to go down on a chick and a flea or three jumps up to say hey, and then you start feeling really damn itchy, you get the fuck out pretty quick. Apparently her dog was covered in them.

She was so so pretty. Very attractive. Man that was such a disappointment. And we still had class together and said project so it was pretty awkward. You could just tell how embarrassed things were and she was.

In true TGR fashion I did not watch that video and went immediately off track. Oops.

His book is great! I think I bought it because of a rec by someone here? I started following him on IG after reading it - he posts about new music, overnight backpack trips, and his non-profit music school, and his love for b-ball. And tons of old school photos. Flea's posts are always good.

During their sock era , they played some parties at my college. Insanity

Saw them in 88 at SU’s spring block party. Fishbone opened. Fucking amazing show. Cops were on the lookout for any sock slippage. Still bummed I missed their 91 show with Pearl Jam and Smashing Pumpkins. Had a thesis presentation the next day so no way could I go. Really wanted to see the new band Pearl Jam cause I was a big fan of Mother Love Bone.
