When I first saw that pic, I was thinking that it was photoshopped and some sort of joke. Then I read the article and realized, no, this dude is for real. I'm wondering if when he showed up to the shooting venue, that he told someone in the audience to hold his beer for a minute while he proceeded to win the silver.

What's everyone's go-to for up to date results and coverage? NBC is good at explaining these sports to people who have never seen them before or have any interest in seeing who wins beyond the US women's gymnastics team and men's basketball teams.

The Men's 49er (skiff) sailing medal race was postponed due to howling winds but you'll find no mention of that on the biggest Olympics website in this country. C'mon NBC, do better.

Peacock has been pretty good, honestly. This feels like the first Olympics where streaming coverage works the way you imagine it should.

Seems to have nothing to do with the US transgender athlete debate, which is how it's being framed among certain political circles. Khelif is not transgender, is legally a female, and is identified as such on her passport. She has competed as a woman throughout her career, including the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games where she lost in the quarterfinals. It's the boxing version of Caster Semenya but Semenya won a lot more.
