Out on the road today, I saw a Deadhead sticker on a Cyber Truck

A little voice inside my head said, "WTF? Jesus, WTF?"

One thing we agree upon, Chompers suck.

Meh. I think a lot of folks are overthinking the actual experience by dousing it in context. No concert needs a 5,000 word preamble. Just go the show, check your expectations and memories at the door. Either it's fun or it's not and I managed to have a really pleasant experience.

    This.

Makes you wonder if some people are capable of just turning it all off and simply have fun.

Holy crap, the Sphere brought in a BILLION in revenue over the last year.
    That’s mind-boggling.

I thought the 1 hour of activitites before the movie was silly, and the movie was great. Kinda like a virtual expereince without the glasses. It was fun picking out all the Utah desert locations and seeing snowy mountain ranges on a 18kx18k screen. I don't want to give away too much but it was well done often mind blowing.

that said tickets were about $90 and I was told they went way up. it was worth $90 (with fucking fees)

    $90!?!
    Damn.
Was it better than that AmEx sponsored film they used to show on a 360 degree wraparound screen at Disneyland?

I haven't been to Disneyland. And to be clear, tickets are now much more than 90 - I can't verify if that's accurate now. I bought months in advance, maybe that helped?

Seems that tix are $114 all in these days…

As for Circle-Vision, Disneyland used to have this 360 degree surround theater.

Seems that they still have one at EPCOT at Walt Disney World…
