Very cool and best of luck with the new venture. Hopefully Masters week gives you a nice bump in orders.

Fast shipping and shirt seems like great quality. For sizing, I’m 6’, 220 and large is good.

Thanks, TJ! I was just in Palm Springs and realized I was WAY overdue for a new shirt. 2 on the way!

When reading Conumdrum's post I thought he liked his shirts to fit like a skin suit, but after trying on the same size, large, at 5' 10" and between 170-175 I think a medium would be a better fit. I think they do fit on the large side. With more than 20+ golf shirts in the closet I don't think I have one medium.
They do appear to be well made shirts and the price, especially with the discount, is a good deal.

Yeah they definitely run on the relaxed fit size. If it’s too big to wear you can exchange it for a smaller size. Just send an email to sales@swirlo.com

Following your biz makes has me thinking of resurrecting my golf visor line. But I'm too old and would need to hire a sweet young lady to call on the shops.
"Relaxed Fit" is a description you may want to have on your website if the shirts all fit the same. FB keeps giving me ads for a golf shirt with a Flamingo/AR15 print. They say their shirts have a "Performance Fit - no unsightly baggy sleeves"
Just for your market/competitor research

Yeah. I see it when I click "sizing". Good for ya. Are you looking at other markets for golf shirts besides eTail? Just curious.

Good luck with the Pro shops.
I know enough about the biz that I know I don't know your volume or margins but I'll toss out some crazy ideas I've done and seen done.
Find and local trustworthy local embroiderer. Take 5-6 shirts under your arm and walk into new car dealerships and ask to speak with the VP of Sales. Tell him you'll give him a sweet deal on logo shirts for his crew.
Or skip the embroidery and sell them out of your trunk at dealerships to new and used car salesmen at a "special price" if they all buy today.Seeker of Truth. Dispenser of Wisdom. Protector of the Weak. Avenger of Evil.

Got my shirt the other day and am wearing at the office today. At 6'4" and 190lbs the Large fits perfect. the length is great on the sleeves, and the hem could easily be worn loose or tucked in. I would say the sizing is slightly large (which is great as i am between L/XL usually so a big L, or a small XL are ideal), but also cut athletically- these are not boxy. I am a hard person to fit and this shirt fits perfect... hopefully doesnt shrink in the wash.
If a new pattern catches my eye i would jump allover another shirt at the pricepoint of the mag discount. Once i run it through the wash once to see how it does ill leave a review on the product site. So far though, legit 10/10. I'm actually very surprised at how perfect the fit and feel is for my body.Last edited by californiagrown; 04-11-2024 at 05:54 PM.

Good to hear. They don’t shrink in the wash - that’s typically a problem with cotton vs polyester / spandex.

Hah! True dat. I sold a batch of upscale $150 golf shirts to Gortons for a golf tournament. Primo Italian cotton fabric. I heard a memo went out a few days after the event. DON'T WASH THE SHIRTS!!. DRY CLEAN!!!
