Some of the best souls in this life are those that are troubled and tortured.

Try to think of the positive she put into your life, and you into hers.

    So sorry to hear this.

My deepest sympathy to you and your family. May she rest in peace.
You're gonna stand there, owning a fireworks stand, and tell me you don't have no whistling bungholes, no spleen spliters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosker donts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, or one single whistling kitty chaser?

I don't really know what to say. I can't imagine how difficult this is for you, but the difficult time will pass eventually and you will still have wonderful memories of her.

So sorry to hear about this. I’m at a loss for words as well. I didn’t personally know either of you but I did feel a small connection after DW registered on my splitboard site and from reading your TRs on here. I was really looking forward to seeing and reading more from you both.

Hang in there man and be strong. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I'm so sorry to hear this.

I really hate for this to be my first post on TGR. I actually met and toured with Brittany. She saw a trip report I posted on splitboard.com and we also had nearly identical Never Summer Titan splits so she contacted me to say hey. So I offered to have her tag along on a tour with me and a couple friends.

Although I could tell she was new to splitting and the backcountry and had a lot to learn I also saw a passion for snowboarding and the outdoors. It was great to see someone new to splitting learning the ropes. It was definitely a challenging day for her, but she got through it and hopefully learned a few things about splitting and herself.

I'm so sorry for your loss and extremely sad she felt compelled to take the actions she did.

She will be missed in the Wasatch and everywhere else she touched the planet.

You have my deepest sympathy. I hope in some small way that all the love here can help ease the pain just a bit.

Please take care of yourself and stay strong.

After struggling with this tragic news for hours, I have few words of my own. May peace and strength find you now when you need it most.
