juwan taylor was early on every single snap in pass pro. all of them. and chris jones was lined up over the ball at least half the time. egregious, blatant shit.

i have no problem with the illegal formation nitpicking. levels the playing field for pass rushers and hopefully leads to more dynamic plays and pressures. the memo was sent. league made it clear it would be enforced, and by enforcing it early and often in a primetime game, sent a clear message.

Pretty sure the chiefs had 2 false starts called on them, should’ve been a lot more. From the stats, it looks like the Ravens were dominant

yeah but my point is that teams will just kick it out of the end zone to go to the 30 instead of risking a big play. because if your defense can't stop them at the 30 vs the 25 then what's the fucking point? but I am interested to see if the ball is returned more and kicked into the returning zone more

They hardly passed to my shit side, so I just ran routes. Corner blows.

I think Jordan Love will be a very good QB in the league for many years, but tonight was an example of how absurd it was for him to become the highest paid QB in the league after a hot streak of only 9-10 games last year.

yeah.. sadly that's just how the league works these days and with him sitting under rogers for a few years he was up for an extension.. but I think sitting under rogers for a few years will ultimately pay off. if you have a "franchise" qb and he's up for a new contract he's going to be the next highest paid player lol

how many qbs in the last two years were the highest paid players for only a few weeks? hahaha

Yep, it’s a little nuts. Purdy will take the crown next off season and so on and so on.

I could actually see Purdy being one of the few qbs due for a contract in the next few seasons to not take the max contract and realize he wants proven weapons/olinemen around him

but fuck it if I played in the mahomes era and already lost a sb to him give me max money!

I can too - I think he's smart enough to realize an extra 4-7 million per year can go a long way elsewhere on the roster - and if you're successful you more than make up for it with endorsements. Like Brady always did.

The question is will his agent "allow" it?

I bet he’s out for the season or most of it. Brutal that he got hurt with 5 seconds left about to throw a Hail Mary. That was an entertaining game though.

For all the sadistic dentists out there, here’s a slow-mo of his knee popping

Whenever the worst NFL team vs. best college team argument gets brought up I have always scoffed and accosted anyone who argues for the latter. But goddamn I really think Georgia could give it to this Panthers team.

Sprained MCL, 3-6 weeks and they're apparently optimistic that it will be on the shorter end of the timetable.

Caleb Williams… 14/29 for 92 yards with 2 sacks and a lost fumble. Might as well just give him the MVP award now.

    ^^^ Made me laugh.
Kind of the Bears of my youth, where the defense was always pretty damn good or great and the offense pretty much sucked or was just OK .

Lol. Spoke too soon. But that is the bears teams I know as well. Defense and special teams winning the game as long as the offense doesn't fuck it up. They said it was first time since sexy rexy that the bears won a game with under 150yds of offense...

Also the blocked punt was a Montana State kid which is awesome.
