The Underoos family float was quite a good time.

Even going up to the Fonts afterwards was fun.

We killed a fish yesterday, accidentally, he ate it to the gills. The boys tried valiantly to resurrect him to no avail.

We thought about posing him on the rocks, but let him go to the Ospreys.

Wow, what a fatty! That looks like well over twenty inches, strong work!

Oof, and that brown is a beauty as well.

    jpcm, she’s nice.
Cool how the tail part is regrowing like an adipose.

I don't think that's a healing wound. Something is wrong with that fish. Look closely at the fins and tail; there's significant discoloration, thinning and fraying occurring on the edges of all the fins. Looks like bacterial fin rot, something more commonly associated with hatcheries and aquaculture than wild fish. But, lots of weird shit is going on in the rivers these days.

JPCM, is that up in Montana?

Cooking this fresh. Or more like portioning it out and freezing some vacuum packed.
