Any Of You Folks Good With Photoshop/MS Tools Have A Moment?

I am looking for a little help with something that I donít know how to do, and my kiddo isnít available. I would be willing to trade a hoodie for a little help!
Basically, I am looking to super-impose a few numbers in a bold/thick font over a variety of flag backgrounds from various countries.
I did one with MS paint with just the flagís colors, but I would prefer the actual flag as a background.
Might involve outlining the numbers so that they are obvious over different colors in the background, such as white on white.
I need to submit some decent quality images in order to get a quote for hoodies and shirts.
Are any of you killing time, waiting for snow?

(Bolder font, the actual flag as a background, etc).

Thanks, PNW, I’ll have to see if that will work on my iPad (all I have to work with at the moment).
    I appreciate the tip!

JFC, MS Paint still exists?!!!! Recreate it in something like Photoshop, or better yet Illustrator. There's plenty of web based versions of each. I prefer Photopea and Gravit. Although, I'm not sure if those will run on Windows 3.1.

Thanks, TS, see above. I am a little limited with the iPad right now. Are there free versions of said programs that will do the job?

Photopea is free and web based. Gravit is free up to a point, also web based.

Layers are the key to any graphic design
Learn how to use them. I’m no expert. But what little I know is that working with layers makes it so much easier.

    PS. What’s the number signify?

Iíve had good luck with Gimp. Itís open source and free. Pretty similar to Photoshop without all the latest and greatest.

The numbers are the (phone) country codes. Instantly identifiable to anyone who lives there, or uses Whatsapp there. I am starting with a small run of Perķ and Mexico hoodies, and see where it goes. It's more subtle of a 'message' than just the name of the country.
But I could see these being sold at every airport/t shirt shop all over the world.

I was hoping this was one of those threads where someone posts a photo of their spouse or kid asking for edits and everyone responds with snarky and horrific versions of the photo.. Disappointed!
Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!
