Someone here has to be a little more in the know on these. Which plant these are made in? Doesn't look like anything special or unique in the construction.
The CT series was pretty well regarded here, I know a lot of folks like the CT 4.0 especially. Seems like the AK is a lighter and slightly fatter version of that ski.
The BC111 is the most intriguing to me. 1900g at 186cm is a bit portly but not crazy, would probably make a great slack country rig.
After all this time I was expecting a little more hype. I am guessing the 101 will sell out fast to the fan boys.

Also the "Resort 100" weighs 1900g at 184 and all of them are really on the light end of the spectrum.

You're right, 1900g is light in comparison to a lot of skis that folks are walking around with. I originally had written "1900g at 186cm is a bit portly for a "backcountry ski" but edited it and can see how that was confusing.
I'm mainly comparing to skis like the 107 Backland, HL BC110, MTour 108, ect... that are ~1700g.

looked over the current models. To me they look like Faction CT 2.0, 3.0 and 5.0. Just a touch different in shape. Curious to see their stiffness ratings. Texture of topsheet looks exactly as Faction CT 3.0 that I have. Same for semicap. My bet is it is atomic factory. Hopefully not Sporten.

/shrug. First gen marketing is going to flop. He knows what he wants out of his widths. These skis aren't for the average person, they're for Candide.
I'm a big mountain renegade freak but I'd be lying if I didn't admit that his AK121 doesn't look playful as hell and would be ideal for early season JP forests when there's only 1-2 meters of base and all the shrubs make the forest floor feel like Mario Land.
