I've decided I'm a 135cm pole skier. I've tried 130cm poles and they are just too short so I've got 2 nice sets of 130cm to clean out. Either of these could also be cut shorter if desired.

G3 90mm ski crampons. These measure exactly 90mm between the sides, so they would fit an 85mm ski really well or you might need to tweak them to fit a 90mm waist ski. These were for my wife's skis but turns out if we need ski crampons then she doesn't want to go! $35

Contour XXL x 195cm Pure (100% mohair) skins - I used these for 196 Protests. Perfect for your Japan set up. I could use them on another set of skis but it seems a shame to cut them down anymore (they were very slightly trimmed for the 128mm Protest waist). Plush is perfect and glue is still great. The Contour Guide Pure is my favorite skin, having tried pretty much all of them. Since you asked for price police, they are available new for $120 (~$15-25 shipping) from euro sites right now, and that is a pretty normal price for them.

Looks like the tips are missing on the Scott poles. The part the baskets slide up on. No baskets eh? They are the quality s4 Al

I did find some grommets for the baskets so they did get included with the Scott poles.
