I didn't say anything about making people leave. Shit, I've never understood why the best coastal areas around The Med have never been taken advantage of other than a few small zones.</p>
For anyone wondering which Silicon Valley fuckstick is now in charge of our foreign policy, here’s Curtis Yarvin’s (rambling and self-indulgent) take from last year. Lots of suspiciously similar phrasing in there.

Nice to know that even if Trump dies we’ll still have Vance swallowing this shit down
I think nobody should ever say "dumbest idea ever", especially in regards to a certain someone.
Thats a dumb idea…
Yarvin is a boring and superficial thinker. He thinks monarchies are a better form of government. The great thing about democracy (and markets) is that it constrains overreaching government power, something we have already seen with Trump tariffs. Yarvin is more like a dark standup comic, more of a troll, and is not very good at thinking, especially about economics. To the extent Yarvin has any influence it is as a troll/shitposter for the current in-favor political archetype.Originally Posted by JimmyCarter

But he is not serious. We are not taking on Gaza. This is noise. This is flooding the zone. Nobody believes Trumps stupid lies about tariffs. Nobody should believe Trump has a real plan for Gaza. But for all those who have been screaming about ceasefire and the day after Trump here is announce something completely batshit crazy and then will back off and land on a place that would have not been acceptable a month ago as a position
US occupying Gaza... that's right up there with going back into Afghanistan for spectacularly dumb ideas.
I do forsee a resumption of maximum pressure on Iran and joint strike on Iran if the Ayatollah decides to go nuclear.

I have been in this State for 30 years and I am willing to admit that I am part of the problem.

Holy shit. The MAGA faithful must be pulling muscles left and right trying to do the gymnastics needed to justify trumps recent foreign policy of incitement, involvement and imperialism when he ran on a platform of isolationism.
Bibi must be absolutely besides himself giggling with how easy it was to bring trump on board simply by pitching the ethnic cleansing as a commercial real estate deal. What a narcissistic simpleton.
The Russian troll farms are working overtime telling the MAGA faithful that getting rid of USAID is the greatest most terrific thing ever to kill the "deep state" so they'll cover this idiocy too.

You do, apparently
He did follow through on the Supreme Court. And is looking to with retribution.
Interesting watching Donnie boy help Bennie with his chair. Power dynamics anyone? Don't upset your blackmailer?
Yeah, that's signal and not noise. Trumps Gaza scheme is noise, whatever his intentionsOriginally Posted by RTSucks

Yeah, he is arrogating power to himself. But it is more like mad King Lear starting things and then, what the hell, things are out of hand and no one is really in control. This also speaks to limiting government power. Everybody likes it when their person is in control. People instead need to imagine a President that you disagree with using a particular power to get their way. Because holy hell, does that rule ever apply now
Always funny listening to someone defending their own material. And by funny I mean pointless
Ruh roh, a midwit alias says Hiss! Hiss-spit! Hiss-spit! Meeee-ow!
There is precedent regarding dimwitted Republican presidents invading the middle east about 22 years ago, give or take. And see where that got us.
It got us to trump. Trump would like more trump.
