    192 M-Free 108 w/ Pivot 14s

    SOLD

    Now selling flat only

Bought these from Chewski last season; here's the thread: https://www.tetongravity.com/forums/...tar-M-Free-108

I re-used the toe holes, and drilled new heel holes, so they have 1.5 mounts now. Old holes plugged with bamboo and g-flex. Open mount for pivots at 296BSL, at about +1 of recommended.

I only put 2 days on them after getting them from Chewski so they are still in pretty minty condition. His thread is full of discussion of the base bevel which ultimately didn't bother me at all - I thought they skied fantastic. They just feel too long for me at 5'7, and my quiver is bloated to begin with. If I were holding on to them I'd feel no urge to reset the bevels - they bite just fine on hard pack, and you can throw them sideways with just a little ankle flick.

Looking for $225 shipped flat. Paypal/Venmo F&F only (yes JONGs, that means no goods/services payments on either platform). Local pickup in Maine.

$250 shipped? How are these still available? One of the best skis around. I have a pair or else I'd be all over them.

You'll have no issues at all in the heel. Toe should be OK but is a closer call - its probably fine at rec, but if you are willing to move 1cm (or less) forward or behind rec you could make it work no problem.

All you have to do is ask people to add 3% if sending goods/services, not that hard. haha

I donít care about the 3%, itís the taxes I have to pay next spring when paypal/venmo reports goods/services sales to IRS, or the douche jongs who try to fuck around and get a refund when they didnít read the ad well enough.

We gotta pay taxes to sell the gear that we already paid sales tax(if we paid tax) on when we bought?

If you receive more than $600 in goods and services payments in a year then yes, paypal/venmo reports that as income to the IRS and you have to deal with it in your tax returns. I don't want to do that (especially when I'm not making money selling stuff on here), hence my aversion to goods and services payments.

I think I may have to change my attitude towards selling stuff on ebay and PayPal now too. I completely forgot this was coming.

If you're make a profit on it, then yes.

If you're selling used gear to recoup some costs, then no.

This assumes you can track your purchases in a way that you can show the feds that didnít make money on your sales. What paypal sends to the IRS certainly doesnít do this - it just shows how much you were paid in the last year. Long and short is that I donít wanna deal with that BS - Iím not a business and am just passing on gear to others, at a $ loss.

While I appreciate all the free bumps - can we get back on topic and can someone buy these kickass skis from me? Skiing is way better than taxes
