2023/2024 NBA THREAD: WHO WANTS TO GO ON PARADE?!?

What a comeback by the Celts! Tatum’s behind the back passes to Hortford were insane!

The whole last part was nuts. 15-4 Celtics in the last 5 minutes but still Indy almost sends it to OT.

I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

What'd I say. What'd I say!!! Porzingis is ready to play, they're just holding him out for as long as possible while they don't really "need" him.

Yeah just saw this. He was huge for a season with the Celtics. Helped the team stomp LA. Always liked his take on things

Wolves and Pacers are going to have a really horrible off-season thinking about how many missed opportunities they had, and how un-clutch they were.

Don't tempt fate. Nobody's won any conference final yet.

Man I cannot stand the ultra obvious announcer talk "This team doesn't have any quit in them! They are gonna FIGHT tonight, they're not just gonna roll over and give up!!"
Has there ever EVER been a team, down in a series, that just gave up??? and were like, fuck it, we're down 3-0 its pretty much academic, lets just play our backups, and even then, we'll tell them to let the other team score whenever they want....

NO. So fucking stupid. "This team doesn't know how to give up" is NOT an assessment of character. ITS FUCKING HUMAN NATURE

2023/2024 NBA THREAD: WHO WANTS TO GO ON PARADE?!?

RIP Bill. We used to stop by his house in Cambridge and trick or treat on Halloween when he was a Celtic. He’d answer the door and be so friendly to us adoring teenagers.

Felt like Pacers may have taken this one, but the Celtics were just too good. Hope the other series can drag out a bit to give Porzingis more time.

The start of the finals is set and doesn't depend on the other series, I believe.

Sloppy last 3:30. Pacers couldn't buy or steal a basket.
