WTB women's jacket & bib, skis, WTT men's shell for equivalent

Looking for a good bib and jacket for a lady. Ideally having both that fit closer to a "freeride" fit more than a skimo fit. So far I haven't been impressed with what I've found online as what I e found is typically more flattering than it is functional. Women's medium most likely, but willing to consider men's options in size small or XS. Only thing I've considered so far has been some clothing from Picture Organic, but I'm not sold on them yet.

Also looking for some women's powder skis in ~165. Bent chetler 110, Pandora 110, or similar skis have been on the radar.

I have the Salomon S/LAB QST pro 3L, size large (https://www.salomon.com/en-fi/shop-e...ml#color=72367) that I'm considering trading for a little longer cut equivalent. Previous jacket was the Patagonia untracked jacket, and loved the length and fit.
