You should be fine.
If you’re larger than the range, the tube will be a bit thin. Narrower than the range is a bigger issue.
You can even make them work in 27.5 tires in a pinch. I’ve also used 26 tubes in 29’ers in a pinch (need to ride out of somewhere).
This applies to normal rubber but changes if it’s a fancy tubolito tube.
