I'm pretty light. I need to add something new and long (hence my thread on pow missiles)

184 Bent Chetler 120 with Shifts
    183 J Friend with STH
186 Faction La Machine Max with STH

Honorable mention for midfats because I only own one ski under 100 and it's a park ski (and a 99 WW).

193 gunsmokes with 22 design outlaws.
203 shiros with tyrolia race binders.
196 Ranger FR 115 with inserts for CAST (please buy these cuz I don't use them)

Otherwise, I find myself on the 100-110 ski category for the majority of my time. I envy the people here that get to use their 110+ skis as much as y'all seem to.

186 black crow noctas. 122mm underfoot. Touring, daily driver.

Occasionally I throw the DPS lotus to. 186 (112mm underfoot) with DH boots on if I'm only riding lifts. In reality though if I'm not boarding or tele-ing, I'm 95% on the black crows.

i got some gigawatts which are good in pow / stupid cheap/ stupid heavy but they don't do anything but pow, depending on the snow some years I don't even take them out

and the hybrid 2011 lotus 120's which are a great powder ski but also do lots of things quite well

don't see a need for any more powskis

Yes... I too have a problem, but I like 100+mm skis when others are grabbing their 90mm ones. I blame it on being under-edged.

Shit, I have also sold five pairs of skis 110mm and wider this season... ON3P - Woodsman 110s, J Skis - The Friend, ON3P - BG 116 Tours, Blizzard - Hustle 11s, Season - Forma

We were 100" under average this year too...

    180 Line Pescado (125mm)
    186 Volkl Two (124mm)
    180 M-Proto (118mm)
    184 Moment Wildcat (116mm)
    184 Moment DW tour (112mm)

    182 M-Free 108 (108mm)
    177 Volkl Gotoma (107mm)
    177 Cochise 106 (106mm)
    186 Blizzard Peace Maker (104mm)
180 Blizzard Rustler 10 (102mm) (shiva test top sheet, they weighed over 2100g each and are awesome but short)
    179 Line vison 98 (98mm)
    177 Volkl Kendo 92 (92mm)
    180 Blizzard Firebird WRC (68mm)

I have gotten it down to less than half the quiver!

And I thought I had way too many! Clearly I have work to do.

187 Praxis gpo (116): travel ski with tectons
184 2016 bg (116): most used resort pow ski
Supergoat (118): honestly usually use the regular BGs, I like them better in trees
196 praxis protest (128): new this year, didn't get to ski yet.
190 HL C132 (132): deep pow touring ski

Currently, my dedicated pow ski is a Blizzard Bodacious; however, this year, I have enjoyed phenomenal "pow days" on my zx108 , as well as my MX89. Until this year, I forgot how much fun it could be hopping around in pow on sub-100 underfoot.

Had to drop the requirement to 110 to play along.

    Rossi Sender Free 110 184cm w/ STH16
    Rossi black ops 118 186 w STH 16
    Rossi S6 186 w STH 14
    Rossi S6 186 w STH16
Rossi Sickle 186 w STH Steel
    Rossi Sickle 186 w STH 16
    Rossi Sickle 186 w FFG 16
    Salomon Rocker 192 w 916 Steel
    Atomic Bent Chetler w MTN

Another 4 pairs that are too narrow.

If you don’t count the multiples the overlap isn’t that bad!

191 ON3P Jeffrey 118 w/ STH2 MNC16 (replacing my Caylor’s and hoping for same level of silliness but better tracking due to tip/tail taper)
    189 ON3P Cease & Desist (124mm) w/ STH2 WTR16 (asym model w/ all bamboo “old” tour layup, these things slay…)
    184 ON3P Billy Goat 108 Tour w/ Tecton 12’s

Bry's just being cheeky; Squads are marketed 194 long and 112 wide, but they measure closer to 193 and 110. Bandit needs more skis though, thats for damn sure!

They’re all the right decisions, in my opinion. There’s quite a lot of personality differences within that waist range of 112mm and 132mm, and all the ski shapes, lengths, and core constructions. I usually take the one I’m most excited about at the moment, that seems like a pretty good fit for the conditions, and/or how I feel like skiing that day. I try not to overthink it too much (relative to my normal, acceptable level of overthinking).

192 Movement Super Turbo (115) does everything I need a pow ski to do.
I'm counting my 202 Fischer Ranger 108Ti's (110) because surface area matters and they're really what I ski on a pow day unless it's 18"+.

so 2/8 that I really ski regularly. Which is more than adequate for the SW.

Some of you guys are just sick, and I love it!

Awesome to see all the Bodaciouses. Such a great ski. Glad it’s popular so maybe we can get another rerun in the future. I will always have a place in my quiver for the older BGs, but the Bodacious is a better ski for me in almost every way.

How many awesome pow skis do you have? (eg >111mm)

    Fat ski quiver:

    196 Praxis Protest

    196 Blizzard Bodacious

    193 ON3P SuperGoat

    191 Praxis Lhasa Fat

    189 Praxis Kusala Pow

All of the skis got at least a handful of days on them minimum this year except the Kusala’s as it’s the only ski I own that didn’t see snow this past ski season.

Edit to add: Each one of these skis are unique in the way they feel on snow. So I end up grabbing whichever one I’m in the mood to ride given the conditions of the day.

My midfat quiver is a bit out of control though. I’ve got 4 skis from 99-110 waist width. I had a good system for those skis until I added a 188 Heritage Lab R99 and a 192 Dynastar MPro 108 to the mix. Those skis have blurred the lines and have thrown a wrench in the system. I can’t complain though because it’s a good problem to have.

    Agreed.

I just added a Reckoner 122, as I sold the Season Eqpt Pass. The Reckoner 122 will be a super maneuverable inbounds pow ski for trees and tight spots. May put the Duke PTs on them. Or STH.

“Currently” my fat (>111mm) ski quiver is:

    K2 Pon2oon (132mm) - stupid deep pow
    K2 Reckoner (122mm) - tree pow
Armada WW (121mm) - w/ CAST bc pow
Season Forma (118mm) - open terrain pow
Line Optic (114mm) - charging inbounds pow
    4FRNT Hoji (112mm) - rocker pow
    K2 Reckoner (112mm) - tree/tight packed pow

I have 3 other skis in the quiver that are between 96mm - 104mm. Still don’t have any skis in the 105mm - 111mm “do everything” 1-ski quiver width.

Could see getting a Renegade again if I sell the Pon2oon (unmounted).

Feeling a little inadequate in my quiver:

Kastle fx116 with pivots and cast. DD. touring ski and was a work ski...

WH20 is my local though, so 90%+ days this is just fine.

    190 Bibby Pro

Even that feels like overkill. The Protests are a lot of fun but I never feel like "ah yes I really needed these today since the Bibbys wouldn't have cut it." Maybe it's a testament to the Bibbys or just living in CO

YMMV depending on where you live but even in a really good powder year I get maybe 5 days worthy of a 135 underfoot ski
