Nice, we flew in and out of Kayseri years ago and Erciyes (and touring up in the Taurus Mountains!) have always been really intriguing.

    Highly recommended

    Kayseri is an interesting city
    Cappadocio is fascinating
    Erciyes has lines for life

    So many

All about the time you're visiting and the snow conditions

Niseko gets bagged for being too busy, too expensive, and too anglicised/aussiecised

But if you go at the right time - after the Australian school holidays and Chinese New Year - and catch a good storm cycle then you can have turns all day

Had two laps off the peak with no real race to the top in late Feb this year

    Wide open, deep, sunny

    Hard to beat

Nearby great turns to be had at Niseko Moiwa, Rusutsu, and Kiroro

Central Hokkaido offers up a very different feel to SW Hokkaido

Not as much snow but catch the right cycle and it'll be plenty deep enough

Usual suspects of Furano, Tomamu and Asahidake

Could easily base yourself in Asahikawa for 5-7 days and do day trips to

Kamui Ski Links approx 35mins drive
    Pippu approx 35mins drive

Kokusetsu Horotachi approx 55 mins drive

Asahidake approx 1 hr 10mins drive
Furano approx 1 hr 15mins drive
Nayoro Piyashiri approx 1 hr 30mins drive

Then a Circular Road Trip taking in resorts big and small

    Asahikawa - Kurodake
    Kurodake - Nukabira Onsen
    Nukabira Onsen - Sahoro
    Sahoro - Tomamu
    Tomamu - Hidaka Kokusai
    Hidaka Kokusai - Mt Racey
    Mt Racey - Katsurazawa Kokusetsu
    Katsurazawa Kokusetsu - Kamoidake
    Kamoidake - Asahikawa

Destinations would depend on snow conditions

The smaller places would be non-starters if there's no new snow

Not sure if this link will work

    Touring

    Mt Yotei
    Iwaonupuri, Nitonupuri, Chisenupuri
    Shiribetsudake
    Yoichidake out of Kiroro Resort
    Tokachidake region
    Shakotan
