Boot Fitting Foam Cutting Templates

Howdy folks.

I've snagged some foam sheet for making adjustments to liners, but I want some specific shapes; doughnuts, heel heel wrap arounds, ext.

Does anyone know if 2D templates exist online that I can print out and use to cut the foam out.
