Broken Toilet and sewer pipe a TR
After installing a new toilet in my guest bathroom. I noticed the floor getting wet. My new subfloor an porcelain tile
I took the toilet out and found a very lose flange I went underneath the trailer
A couple years ago the owner of the park ran new sewer lines it never occurred to me to go underneath and look. Line for the guest toilet sink and shower. We’re running back the wrong direction and had broken apart. Water piss, shit and whatever goes down the toilet
Right where I crawl into to get to anything “gas lines “
After removing old collar. New one goes in. It’s bigger so the grinder came into play
Now I’m going underneath to re-engineer the entire system better
Can’t wait to show the after
Gonna dress to lay under a trailer in muddy piss and do stuffToo Old To Die Young (TOTDY)

the tools are way too shiny and clean so smear as much poo on them as you can so they look well used and man handled

They make risers so you didn’t need to cut out the tile.
Another reason it can be cheaper to hire a professional.
