Ive done 3x colace daily, miralax once daily, and even did a fucking fleet yesterday to get some relief. I've had 5 or 6 surgeries before and have never shut off this bad.

Srsly - try the prunes. When I was on oxy for my back issues, the prunes were a life-saver.

I was wondering how the pain was this weekend. Glad to hear it isn't too bad, but damn, sorry to hear about the guts!

I can’t comment on being plugged up, but I have an inspiring update. Two weeks ago, I honestly thought I was basically out for the season. After some kind of dramatic change in my mental state and healing, I have been riding almost every day, including Sunday for a few hours in Pocatello, and almost 4k yesterday in SLC. Even a Bobsled lap with Beaterdit.
Hang tight, it will get better!

I started to dial back the pain medication two nights ago. Was barely on any at all yesterday. Big mistake. Was in some of the worst pain yet last night and barely slept. Oh well.

I will email you a link to my Google review page.

Glad to hear it man! Has your doc talked about PRP injection therapies? I have heard this has helped some people delay full replacement for a few years.

    This if nothing else works.

10 oz of Mag citrate usually works though. Available at any pharmacy.

I can only hope you have pooped by now.

Two weeks post op remplissage + bankart repair. The surgeon I chose for this procedure has a non-negotiable policy when it comes to interscalene blocks for these procedures, sub scapular only. Hope you all are healing well!

Glad you are on the mend. Game time decision my surgeon opted to not do the remplissage so I wouldn't get "too tight". Just did the bankart. Nerve block is so weird with the needle in the neck, but cannot even image surgery without it.

Being in the sling is torture. So much I need to do around the house let alone just wanting to ride my bike etc. Dog just got neutered, I've come down with covid bad for the first time in a couple years, work is slow right now. Trying few weeks.

One day at a time for this too. Hang tough.
