Gwyneth learned to ski as a kid at Alta. Skied waste deep there a few years ago. She was taught by her father an avid skier who took her and her brother skiing all over the country. Her kids were beginners though and that's why she was skiing green runs at Deer Valley.

Also, Kate Beckinsale turns 50 in July...
