On Thursday, Paltrow’s attorney requested if "treats" could be brought in for the court bailiffs as thanks for their work.

"The private security for my client wanted to bring in treats for the bailiffs for how helpful they've been, so I wanted to do that transparently and see if there are any objections," Owens told the court.

Sanderson’s legal team objected, and the judge denied the request, leading to a back-and-forth between the lawyers.

What he's asking now is kind of trivial for someone of Paltrow's wealth. As universally satisfying as it is to hate on Gwyneth, my take is that he was probably the one more at fault for the collision.

Yeah, if he lied about that you've got to wonder what else he lied about. I also think there are plenty of ski collisions where neither party is clearly at fault and maybe this is one of them since they're both blaming the other guy.

Pretty telling to me that she texted her instructor the afternoon of the incident something to the effect of “ I’m done for the day, that guy who skied into me hurt me” and he waits three years to concoct a story and go for the money grab and sue.
Also medical ”experts” who lie under oath should be shot….. like broken ribs, so she must have skied into him, couldn’t possibly have happened the other way around.
Hoping she wins and this might be the only time I hope the legal fees that he has to pay for wasting everyone’s time with a frivolous suit are significant.
