North Bend Bar and Grill for fish fry. South Fork off exit 32 for Buffalo wings w/ Bleu cheese dressing. Go another 2600 miles further along I90 and it gets better.

Depends where you start. I'd go with Evelyn's.

Depending on when you land, a +/-25min diversion to Spuds up on the Alki Pt would be worthwhile. Haven't been for acoupla yrs but was always a FnC goto back in my youth

FWIW. If time is a thing, the places I mentioned are 4 and 1 minute off of I90. South Fork only operates Thu-Sun

These youngsters have no appreciation for the gem they have in Ivars.

Well, if you're going to Snoqualmie Pass via Alaska, then stop off in Homer, and grab some Halibut Fish and Chips form the Lighthouse Seafood Drive Thru. Best I have ever had.

A bit non-traditional, but very tasty all the same. Paired with a very nice, hoppy IPA. Just what the Dr ordered.

There's an Ivars in Issaquah a couple minutes off 90 at exit 17 (Front St). Order on the app and it will be even faster. Get the cajun 4pc with the fries double fried.

Hasn't gone anywhere. Get the 2 piece with Cajun Tater Tots, not fries.

Best fish & chips I’ve ever had, and one of the few good, was a street vendor in Seville

PI and Ivars are the gold standard, though different approaches to the fish. 2 piece at the PI? Seriously? 3 piece FTW. Just don't expect to be treated like they love you there. LOL. 5 piece at Ivars.

I was raised where fish fry was religiously mandated for 50% of the population and competition for that market is stiff. One piece is enough if it runs off the plate.

simply trade the fry oil for cream and ghee.

not a fan of ivars or dicks. sounds like I need to take a detour the next time I’m out west and find this pub.
