Hey, is it just me or does this new X Games/Caffeine video ad get in the way of everyone else’s reading?

    Yep. Just started this afternoon.

I know. Pop up blockers are the answer.

But I don’t ever have this problem on safari. Now I do.

This is fucking stupid. It makes it impossible to use the site on the phone. Covers up the entire screen.

advertising is a great way to pay the bills, but when it makes the site unusable who’s gonna watch the ads?

we just finally got that other fucking ad glitch taken care of now we got another one.

Adblock plus doesn’t even stop it. When you select block item it comes back.

Can’t figure out how to close it on iPhone (full site classic blue view) either. Boo!

    Pop-up blocker won't do anything. It's not a pop-up it's an adhesion.

Get rid of it. Notify the advertiser that we are boycotting them. Putting an ad that can't be removed sux. Whoever allowed this sux more.

I clicked on it and watched a while.
Was doing my part to get a new server box fan
    Men’s slope style live
    The kids today are insane.

And the ad needs to not run video and need to go away if you scroll.
    It is obnoxious

I use ghostery so I get a spinning wheel inside a black box that still won't go away. Sick.

    Garbage. WTF.

Pinner posted on a different thread about Adguard. I tried it and it's working, removed the ad completely. Chrome extension on mac.

it's working on windows. after install you must go into adguard chrome settings and select "block ads on this site" then select the caffeine/flash element.

The ad won't go away and it makes it unusable on a phone, plus the bandwidth suckage.

I've stopped looking at TGR on my phone or when using my work computer (which I often travel with an use off hours) which I can't put ublock on.
