Congrats! Marshal, as unbiased as he is, loves his, and judging from your other skis through the years, I'm pretty certain you will, too.

Will you guys be pissed if I put anything other than gold pivots on mine? I have some perfectly good wardens sitting in a box.
Also, we are still firm on -11.5 mount point? Arlid going -11?
I do tend to ski with my weight pretty forward, but have also owned some center mounted full rockered skis in the past. My current daily drivers are 2010 metal Katanas mounted on the line and I really like the way that feels. Also pretty much a flat underfoot ski. 183s though so they feel too short at really high speed or denser/deeper snow.

My .02 ... If you want directional charger ala Katana, then go -12. If you want something a little more pivoty, I think -10.5 or -11 would work great. You can just split the difference at -11.5 and just be stoked too!
Lastly, I am a big advocate of "run what ya brung", so if you have bindings that work well for you, in your possession, then those are the right bindings!

Sweet. Yeah I am thinking -11.5 makes the most sense then. I definitely want them a little pivoty since at Big Sky you almost always have to ski some bumps and/or some tight trees unless you really go out of your way to only ski groomers on the way to or after hiking Headwaters (where I think these skis will shine the most).
Damn, I can't wait for these!

Nope, mount what you like and have. I'm just happy you're stoked on the skis!
I'm going -11, but as MO says, you have some leeway for your BCL in the design. While I'm still waiting for UPS to wrangle mine through their idiotic distribution center in Oslo, and haven't skied mine yet, they were primarily designed for those who tend to ski with some forward weight.

Package arrived. Damn. My pants feel funny.
These things are HOT. Nothing better than coming home from skiing pow to more skis.

Lap 1 impressions: Fast, responsive as fuck, yet stable. Quick to pivot but also can lock into long radius arcs. Heading to Headwaters hike now to get em on some steeps.
