Is that the Buttress at Alpine? Doesn't look like the usual entry from the top, but the rest looks about right.

I really REALLY want to try this ski now.

MO, I hope he's getting some sort of discount....

Dammit, now I am really wanting to order some 132cs. Especially as I do have some pivots to spare.

    Dammit.

Good eye on the location. Had to restart each run a bit below the normal entrance as we were ripping wind loaded pockets out with ski cuts on each upper convexity. This is not exactly what you're looking to see dropping into a technical line. Click image for larger version.

Loved the light weight of the c132s on the long sidestep/traverse. Still getting them dialed in but they're working well for me so far. If your BSL is ~305-315 you're welcome to give my pair a spin.

Rad (and yikes!) - line choice makes sense. But those are also really sweet lines. I'll need to check those out next time.

Thanks much for the offer - alas, I am bigfooted with 327 BSL.

SkiLyft and others plus my own curiosity has drawn me in. Joining the tribe- just snagged perhaps the last 190 C132’s of the year from Marshal…..

Mounting with Plum oazo and getting pink skins on the way to join Norseman and Lord Thomas hiking these things around the PNW. Exciting!

    You're down in Sogndal, right?

Snow's not here yet, so if you pay shipping back and forth, you could take mine for a spin.

Praise jeebus! My wallet really couldn't accomodate the purchase right now - perhaps 2023/24 will be the magic time?

Thanks for the kind offer Arild - veery much appreciated. I must respectfully pass on the opportunity though - I am not overly fond of borrowing gear. I hate the chance of fucking up stuff that is not mine and potentially having to replace it, so I rather buy stuff and resell it if it doesn't work out than borrow/demo. But again, much much appreciated

    haha, love it.
there is 1 pair left in the current batch.

assuming there are a few pre-orders for next round, I’ll press more, but no preorders for it yet…. So it might take a year off and come back the following run.

Maiden voyage on the 190 c132s was a huge success. Great skis, super intuitive, no weird behavior. Light for the size and skinned 5500ft of pow like magic carpet.

Stable when opening up, nimble in the sun-schmood tight trees.

I mounted at -10.5cm and am happy there.

I humbly offer this crappy vid. First time taking the headcam out in a few years...

That looks like something I’d enjoy! Norse- you, me and Lord Thomas should line up a PNW C132 summit someday…
