Pulled the trigger on 190 FR132. Plan is to go full marmite yolo with pit viper casts on them.

Return of the R/R - Heritage Lab 132 - Dedicated Thread

I thought I saw two weights posted so far in this thread for 190 C132’s

One was 1949g or 101 g under spec

    Spec weight target is 2050 g for 190 C132

The other from Norseman which shows 2050g or bang on

    100 g out of 2050 g isn’t bad, 5%

    Do I have that right?

Sorry for the lack of clarity. I have not updated all of the specs on the website (only posted the production weights online in these threads). The production weights are:

    1950g @ 190cm
    2050g @ 200cm

I will get the site all updated with final spec during the rest of the week.

You can snag Evil E's pair if he doesn't get off the fence and pull the trigger

My 190 C132’s arrived today and the great hand finishing on edges and bases is awesome.

    Thanks Marshal

Mine came in a hair under spec weight at 1914 and 1915 g.

    Tight!

Binding question: I have some dynafit speed binding that I was thinking of putting on the C132 for 50/50 resort/touring use. I use dynafit radical on my other touring skis and they work well for me. All my skis are mounted on inserts so that I can easily swap bindings/skis if something break during a trip. Any reason I shouldn't use the dynafit speed on the C132? They seem a bit small for such a big ski... should I consider another binding?

Hi! Just to confirm, are speaking about the traditional Dynafit Speed Radical (which I would recommend a thick toe shim with), or the newer TLT Speed binding (which should be good in its standard form)?

    cheers!

I would shim the toes on them, but those would definitely not be my first choice for skiing at the resort.

Mounted up, looking like Tahoe will provide Sat night/Sun so the maiden voyage is right around the corner. Stoked.
