I feel like upstate NY is too far inland to be EC. Probably should be moved to the "Areas west of Lake Champlain" thread.

Lake Champlain creates its own East Coast so teh upstates are in.

Do we need to start a new thread in the Padded Room to define east coast? If Vermont is east coast, so is Quebec.

It has to do with weather patterns...any place affected by Atlantic weather is East Coast. Prove me wrong.

ETA: Anybody can start the thread but be prepared for flaming if you get it wrong.
