Pro tip: unless you're carrying a large quantity, the TSA won't even blink at weed in a carry-on bag. And the local LE that support TSA won't do anything about it even if they do because it's legal in Maine and they don't like the Feds telling them what to do. Is it wrong? Technically it is but like I said, nobody is going to blink about recreational quantities.

im pretty sure sending weed state to state by any carrier is a felony
if you were caught, you probably wouldnt end up in a gulag, but,
it might be expensive ....

Thanks for the input but it’s not worth any of the workarounds or the usually lenient enforcement when both myself and my travel buddy each have various licenses issued by the Feds. As with most things, it just take one asshat with a hard on for power to fuck shit up. I’m happy to support a local shop when I arrive. Easy, peasy, and state legal... What a time to be alive!

with all this talk of skiing poo (me, i'm hoping the local hill can make a little more poo to replace the bit of poo the week has been taking away)
are we ready to call this season WINTURD 22/23?
keep expectations low, anything white and semi-frozen is skiable. beats not skiing.
but winter nowadays doesn't really start til after MLK...after which time it's beginning to end

Relevant quote: "The spokesperson said that while the agency isn't looking for drugs specifically during inspections, when agents come across illicit substances, police get notified."
Kinda hard to miss 90 pounds. Put a bud in a prescription pill case or Tylenol container and the odds of trouble are lower than a snowstorm this weekend......
Weather change comes next week. Hang in there. Recommend proper homegrown medication in the meantime.

You know what he would do
The Green Jackets girls weren't a hassle, just running drills down the center of the trails laying trenches with slalom skis. Edge of the run was flat with a much betterer deeper groom today.
Still only 2.6 ways down but as empty as you could wish for, no trenching going on here. Started sprinkling, oh well.
Appearing out of the mist were trainees doing rescue practice, there were bodies everywhere!
Decidedly Dead Demo Day Delivered! Didn't see any mention of this online, they broke down after lunch.
Time to fuel up
Poo slinging to pot shots
That westward motion sounds like a great idea, Enjoy!

Well, the Green Jacket Guys showed up over here, so apparently things are still a bit limited for them there.
And then today's weather happened and the race hill is fully closed tomorrow, no gate training for anyone, in hopes that it's not completely fubar for the races this weekend. Looks like we should get some cooler nights in the mix, but that truly cold air from a week ago would be really nice right about now.
It's raining hard enough that my dog demanded dinner at 4:45, went out for a quick pee and sniff, came back in and put himself to bed.

Hate to keep pimping the big blue triangle but we’re having one on 12/17. We have weed stores!

slatham bringing the lulz!
As Peruvian noted, I used to run the TSA at 16 airports in the Upstates. I dealt with 15 different police departments (Buffalo and Niagara Falls used the same popo). Not one of them would even respond to a call for recreational amounts and this was before weed was widely legalized or de-criminalized.
But understand Single's trepidation with licensure.

In NY, simple possession up to just under an ounce was a $100 fine and a lecture from the judge even in the late 80's. It was a "violation", not even a misdemeanor. According to a friend. Twice. Apparently the lecture from the judge didn't have the desired effect.
