    Buckle return springs

I have some dalbello lupo carbon t.i boots. I love them and use them for resort and back country. The one problem I have with them is that the small return springs in the middle of the buckles have come off the middle and upper buckles. So, even if you walk with your boots latched but in the up position, without the spring they will eventually open up and flap around. I have used every keyword I can think of to try and find replacement return springs for ski boot buckles. Do they make a generic fix for this? Any MacGyver fixes? Or do I have to buy new buckles? The second picture shows the springs intact on the bottom buckle. The first picture shows the missing springs.

    Thanks for your help,

    Mark

I think its a standard buckle, and like any buckle will fail over time (more so if you have to really crank down on them)

Replace them with the same, or another brand and you should be fine

I have the same issue with all the buckles on my lupos (factory, SP, and HD Pros) but just rolling with them like that. Curious how much you find new buckles for…

Dalbello has historically been great with sending new buckles
