Let’s trade shovels.: my burly big one for your more petite model

Big Voile, almost vintage, barely used, 1.5 lbs, did I mention it was big? Whether you’re trying to compensate for something or just move a bit more snow this is the bad boy you want. It weighs more than what you have now but that shouldn’t matter to you because you’re young and strong or at least strong. Your shovel will fit better in my bargain vest which is not as cool as your vest. I don’t care about the scratches or color so long as it clicks together. It should be aluminum (aluminium) *pas* de plastique!Click image for larger version.

We can trade in person in December anywhere in New England or upstate NY (I will be all over the map) but you are probably in the west so we can ship.

Can get you dimensions if you need to confirm it will fit in your cool vest.

It is certainly well suited to that and if you had a Syncro Vanagon you never would have needed to shovel out. I certainly like the shovel but lack the passion you have, maybe if it were red I would feel differently

When your partner shows up with that shovel, you should offer to immediately trade for the day.

Nuthin fancy, just a nice blanket with a cool pattern. On the waxroom futon, many mags have spent a night with it. It's still clean.

    Came with a free shovel.

That shovel worked fine for Doug bitd. But he always went first, so there's that.
But there are so many sweet metal ones these days.

Got a super deal on a petite Mammut ( Thanks Mikey!) Will probably keep the big Voile. Was hoping this could turn into the new powder skirt thread but no drama yet

I swear I've seen dozens of the old LL shovels, but always in black.

Amazed that you guys have a purple one and a pink one.

    Pics of the unicorn pooperscoopers?

Not yours, MU, I got that.

LL had a run of of a bunch of different color blades/handles of the Lexan(although I don't remember pink, def red though). They also had a huge metal D-grip shovel called the Himalayan(IIRC) that had a grey blade and pink decals. It was a great truck or booter building shovel. When I used to deal with warranty stuff I'd almost always return items with a set or 2 of neon pink powder baskets.
