Deep day at eagle point. 2 plus feet piled up midweek for Fri opening. Cake pow, not light. Ppl were wallowing everywhere, well.. the 30/40 skiers on the hill. Lift ops struggling to dig out the lifts.

First time skiing at 10k feet this year. Feeling it.

So many special things about that area. I need to get back soon, maybe a spring roadtrip if there's any snow left.
    Or not too.
    Cool moon pic.

Way to get after it Mag.

    You are getting after it!

I had one season living at Alta and the sun never came out. 700" of snow. The skiing was life changing, but I did miss the sun on my face.

    Very cool B
Couple of things to consider while in Taos
    1. If you need to have someone cook you breakfast, go to Michael’s

    2. Ask Hotel La Fonda if you can see their collection of DH Lawrence paintings that he did while recuperating at Georgia O’Keefe’s house. It’s usually only open to hotel guests but Ms TBS got us in for the price of dinner

How is the base depth in Taos right now? A friend was talking about going in a couple of weeks.

Weak. Boneyard off groomers. Needs another 2/3 feet of base.

Ppl trashed the parking situation for Manby during covid, homeowners had enough. Closed. Now have to hike a million miles from the rio grande bridge. I'm soaking 2x daily in the hot tub at the gym.
