Nah, Definitely a guy in like a golf visor, no helmet. He skied up on us as we were about to drop Brattain's, casually claimed the lines we'd seen on Bobcat and Nitwitz, and then we had him ski Brattain's before our larger group chopped it up haha.
There’s a reason we have a sticker that says “Phil already skied it”

Not sure about carrying the board — trying to contribute something positive.

Carrying the board is an understatement. It's either UANs sick picks or Dexter crying about how he got picked on at Abasin...

Been some great snow, for sure — and while I'm pretty conservative as an early-season skier, I've been able to open it up in some of this terrain.

Haha... seems like a very generous compliment (thanks). I hope I inspire some people to get out and make turns — or to be more fired up for whenever they may get boots in snow.

Picked up a pretty stealth 3-6" today.

Kevo- i’ll be skiing with Julie too so come out and make some turns with us again. I think we all skied together opening day last season

I saw him a few days before I split town. He said he had just earned his Lifetime JH Ski Pass.
That's a testament to his fortitude, dealing with the Man's bs for 20 years.

I'm by no means a patient man, but I've learned to be patient for the snow to come. Your pics are wearing my patience thin dude.
    Can't wait to get home.

I first learned about that line from an Andrew McLean slideshow — he and his partner had to TUNNEL through the upper portion of the couloir. Rowdy!

    Nice first-hand POV!

Rare to get the moon & untracked snow in the same shot. Snow quality/texture was as good as it gets today.
