I’ve never approached from the Fourmile lake TH via trail to Summit Lake and then cross country, but I’ve wondered if that’s faster to access and ski the north face late in the season than parking at the summer climbing TH and going up the east ridge, dropping the north face, then traversing back around.
Excellent question and one I would also like the answer to!

You have to click the "Learn More" link for the pass you're interested in, then it breaks it down by age group. Your ski life continues.

Anyone interested in a used 4 pack. Heavily used.

The moment you’ve all been waiting for… a chance to buy a chair from the Skyliner Express! With the new six-person high-speed detachable lift going in this summer, we are in the process of removing the current lift, leaving us with some extra seats. We will be choosing at random 50 lucky people to have the opportunity to purchase a chair from the old Skyliner lift for $500.

In support of our Play Forever Fund, 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Vamonos Outside, a local nonprofit dedicated to connecting, engaging and inspiring Latinx families and community members into the outdoors. The funds raised from chair sales will help Vamonos Outside purchase a van so they can continue to provide and expand outdoor recreation activities for youth and families across Central Oregon.

    They're only selling 50?!
Still that's $25k they could use to buy a cat to haul people out of the NWE trail pod

At MHM The bottom terminal is completely gone

They're setting up the airbag in the pro park for something big. Rumor on the hill today was it's for a Red Bull week.

Was this announced to anyone other than passholders? I see no mention of it anywhere on the website. I would have bought one! Have a utility trailer big enough to haul one home.

I think it was an email to passholders. They were gone as of Thu morning per an IG post.

Very late on this post. Stopped in to Timberline on my way to Cali in July. I was not into paying $100 for a lift ticket so i decided to tour on my days there. Anyways, I get up late on day 1 and decide to just see how far i can get up Mt. Hood. I make it to the upper crater feature and holy sh*t! this putrid sulphur smell hits me and there's steam coming out of the ground. I think most people know this but my serendipitous discovery of the volcanic phenomena kind of made my day. I wasn't aware it was that active.

I'm backpacking with a buddy a while back and have never been so aware of wind direction and air currents in my life. Horrific stuff.
