Morocco schooling Belgium? Very weird World Cup.

I've watched almost every game this world cup, having found replays of all matches on TUBI, the free streaming app. I haven't watched much more than the finals since '86 when Maradona lead Argentina.
Foxsports.com has live streams of every match and replays too. Just need to go in incognito mode and they give you a 60 minute 'preview'. Close the window at halftime, take a piss, and reload it for the 2nd.
Wait, how can we trust this guy^^^ He's clearly not DJSapp

Clearly happy about the goal, but does it seem like our side is just not on the same page today?
I still call it The Jake.

UGH! 3 on the keeper from the Penalty Spot and we can't put it in the back of the net.

    Too many touches, again!

It's just the lack of overall top shelf skill as a team you're noticing. Nobody wants USA to win more than me but they're #16 in the world for a reason AND they don't have a ton of games together as a group. Give them a few more years together and the combinations will be much crisper and cohesive.

I've seen one bad angle replay of that goal called back for "offsides". Seems a bit fishy.
Aim for the chopping block. If you aim for the wood, you will have nothing. Aim past the wood, aim through the wood.

They are seriously out of sorts without him on the field. Iran seems to be comfortable pushing forward without having to worry about Pulisic.

They kinda suck, but Iran is more worried about flopping. Why can't we control the fucking ball for a few minutes.
Lucky to get out of group stage, but no way they go much further.

2022 Football World Cup You don’t Give a Fuck Thread

Well that was tense. Glad they didn’t give out a soft penalty there at the end.

I hope half of Iran’s team runs into the US locker room and flies here with the US team of asylum

Pulisic injury... wicked charley-horse or ability to father kids now in question?

I guess I'll keep wearing this 2010 Nike USA #10 Donovan jersey for the USA games. It worked today..

it’s also pre-tournament practice/playing. Back in 2014 the US practiced, then did a 3 friendly road trip, then after that a week before the cup flew to Brazil. 2022 got rid of everything but “fly to the cup host less than a week before it begins”

which might be why some high talent teams are sputtering

I realize the top tier is resting their starters but Japan?? Do they go deep or flame out at 16?

    Morocco is fun too.

I have to ask though, do they spell it differently?
    Why are the MAR?
