Not the OP but wear a L/Xl and the side adjustment straps are @50%. Nice and snug. These all have the same long’ish torso length through all sizes. I have a normal length torso and it’s a tad long. My only complaint about the vest. 5’10” 195lbs. Athletic build. Like long walks on the beach and sunsets.

FYI -- ActiveJunky has 6.5% off S&C or 8% off Backcountry.
Thanks TAFKLS. I felt very uncool when hanging with SkyLyft last year due to lack of a vest.

Nice vest, wear mine on pow days 'cuz airbag. Shovel goes inside so it's more low key than some others, and you can black Sharpie the ABS embroidery for even more stealth.
Thay do run a bit long.

Damn, if I get me one of these to go with my mfrees that'd be the bees knees.
Common sense. So rare today in America it's almost like having a superpower.

I feel like TAFKALVS is starting a ski cult. First it was MFree’s and now Dakine vests. Watch out if he offers you some Kool-Aid.
In constant pursuit of the perfect slarve...

I have one and pretty functional. I prefer vests for front access. Pretty light

Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?
So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....
Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

Can anyone confirm if the M/L is shorter than the L/XL? Or does it just have less girth.

when we're all standing around in black vests this winter, under the undue influence of some bourbon or maybe a hot hot tottie from the little thermos in the front vest pocket, i'll ask around who bought theirs first.
Newest vest buys the next round
Oldest vest gets cool stickers in its pockets
