I have the 32L pack and really like it.
I wonder what new design they are coming out with to blow these out.

I impulse bought one because I've really liked my dakine poacher 36L. Not sure what to think about the vest yet... looks pretty functional not especially stylish

Totally missed this but been wanting to upgrade from my old Ogio that’s seen better days. If anyone wants to get rid of their L/Xl hit me up!

Can't get that promo code to work, what am I missing? Lucky for me an M/L fits, thinking this would be nice for sledding instead of the huge Float bag

I think the coupon expired. You might be able to get them to apply it for you if you reach out via the chat

There’s always the Bogner vest.. besides this is the broDozer of ski apparel. For that ‘I ski gnarly couloir’s’ energy. It’s not for everyone

I bought the S/M, based on reviews from similarly sized people (6', 155) that the M/L was a little loose. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow, I will report back with fit obs.

Unfortunately, trying to shame the SaC chat representative into the same discount didn't work. If anyone bought an extra M/L... Let me know!
Common sense. So rare today in America it's almost like having a superpower.

Sad. The 20% code doesn’t seem to work.

I'm the same stats as you, leaning toward S/M. Will order after your feedback! Over a light puffy+shell if possible.

RAS sale for $315. Not sure how that compares to Mammut deals.

I got the M/L but maybe wish I had the S/M? The M/L for 5'10" 165 lbs fits fine but maybe a little loose and I'd prefer a nice snug fit.

Seems to be plenty of space for me in a S/M, 5'10" and 185 lbs.

What's the flappy back pocket for? Airbag system?

The between-the-legs leash for the airbag is in there.

No. The RAS deploys from out the top velcro pocket.

    EDIT: See post #68

It’s not a true pocket as the only thing that it houses is the crotch strap for when you have the air bag system in the vest to keep from having the vest pulled up and over your head causing it to come off.

    S/M fit observations:

    Glad I got the S/M.

I am 6' 155lb, "incredibly long torso" as a chiropractor once told me. Wear 32 or 33 waist pants. Medium or large T shirts, depending on the shirt.

With vest over shell + puffy, I am on the upper end of the adjustment range, but with about 2" taken up on either side for a not loose not tight fit. If I was carrying more in the back I'll probably cinch it down further.

Length is about 4" below my belly button in front and sits on the top of my butt in the back. I was hoping it would be just a tad longer in the front--it's similar to the M/L Wary I currently own--but I think I'm the problem there.

Going to order an S/M, anyone have anymore discount codes?

Once you start adding the weights up, it isn't that much lighter than a Float bag or equivalent

Thx for confirming S/M fits well.
