Just to make the finals perfect, need MPJ to get hot for a big game to close it out at home.

2022/23 NBA THREAD: IT'S WIDE OPEN JUST LIKE YOUR MOM
What a bunch of homers! ;-). Congrats Nuggets fans, this one kind of felt inevitable from the beginning despite how scrappy Miami is. I know you’re still a little nervous but you’re not blowing a 3-1 lead with a healthy Jokic.
I ski 135 degree chutes switch to the road.

Great game. Denver no doubt the most complete team in this playoff this year

I have to admit that even though I hate Miami for beating the Celtics, I've kinda been rooting for them. And anyway, the Celtics lost to the Heat. The Heat didn't win. I don't want them to take the championship, but I kinda don't want Denver to either. Go Nuggets?

Two days off while they travel to different cities seems pretty standard in the NBA today. Glad the nuggets had the last two days off to give Jokic some extra time to recover his rolled ankle from game 4. though I do agree, it feels like forever since the last finals game, mainly cause I can't wait for this game 5.
Let's go nuggets!

I don't see the Heat keeping it remotely close. Nuggets by 15.
Damn shame, throwing away a perfectly good white boy like that

I’ve been thinking all this too. Turns out it was only game 1&2 that weren’t travel games and had 2 full days off in between. Seems like forever. I’m already watching the pregame garbage. Go… good game? I have no stake in either team now that the celts lost, but I’m kinda rooting for the heat for some reason. Underdog I guess

And MPJ still can't hit from outside.

This is why Nuggets fans are never confident.

There are a lot of guys trying really damn hard on defense on both ends of the floor. Like off the charts effort. That block on Brains shot by the Heat. Gordon’s block on Lowry. The interior defense. It looks sloppy but a lot of this is some of the most intense athletic defense you will ever see.
