2BR condo for sale, Londonderry, VT (Trailside at Magic)

Old friend selling their very nicely renovated 2BR. Ski-in/out, etc. PM me, place will be listed at some point before too long I'm assuming.

    On it, Bmills.

Dexter, you're a horrible real estate broker.

    I'll help you out.

High prices at Breckenridge got you down?

Folks, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to live in one of the premier east coast ski towns with slopeside access to world class skiing. This location is a short drive to beautiful downtown Londonderry and picturesque Lowell Lake. These places don't come up for sale often as they are passed down to the next generation, so you'll want to take advantage of this rare opportunity.

Terrible. Didn't even mention the fucking IGA. Not sure you've ever actually set foot in Londonderry. They even have a goddamn 'rink' next to it now (OK, it's kind of just a pile of slightly moved earth, but it's there)!

My post is for the sophisticated buyer Londonderry naturally attracts--they know what it is. Place sells itself.

Just a short drive to Stratton!

(get the big $$$$ folk in there Timber!)
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

Like I said, this extraneous fluff just makes the listing look desperate and raises questions. When a beaux-arts mansion on the Champs-Elysees (that's in Paris, France for you troglodytes) goes on the market do you think they emphasize how close it is to the Louvre? Of course not. Classy, understated is what the Londonderry market demands. All this 'close to Stratton' 'Lowell Lake' nonsense might play with the unwashed masses, but we're talking about the Magic Mountain crowd here. Please. Don't embarrass yourselves.

I assume this is down by 'ol Red. What's one of these going for these days--with good T-111 and no roof leaks?

You forget to mention that it's a short drive from the world famous and historic Garden Cafe Restaurant.

that place is going to be a tough sell, it’s at least 30 fuckin’ miles to the closest purveyor of Utica Club.

Guess that finally solves one of the pressing 'where is Upstate NY' questions--it ends before Londonderry, VT.

And yes, Ted's Fish Fry is just down the road on 7 in scenic Troy. I mean, the selling points just never stop. Can't believe I'm not getting more interest here.

With global warming a ski house in SoVT is a tough sell. Will Magic be putting in a water park sometime soon?

Dexter should be answering all these questions, but since he's useless, I'll fill in where I can.

They have a championship frisbee golf course.

It's below US 4, so it's in Massachusetts. Western Mass at that.
